Hello, I have this really weird problem in The Sims 3 launcher and game. When I open the launcher I can't login with my normal/correct account everytime I fill in the correct things the login window keeps popping up but I can login on the Sims 3 community/store with my normal/correct account.

Sims3 requests a login. I use e-mail and password as for origin and this is rejected. If I click "forgot password", I am redirected to the ea site where I can successfully login with my origin login details. Still no closer to being able to login to sims3.

I've already tried every single guide I could hunt down. From clearing IE's cache, resetting it, restarting my computer, game repair, password change, deleting a couple .bin files, and it just doesn't work. I can log into Origin and The Sims 3 site just fine. I cannot seem to log in through The Sims 3 launcher or in-game.

The Sims 3 by default can only recognize cards from gtx 600 series and under if you have any card(s) higher than the gtx 700 series you will need to use the The Sims 3 GPU Add-on Support TOOL to add your GPU to the games list of known GPU cards. (you will need to run the game at least once you will only need to get the main menu then exit)

Is there a new secret method of logging in to the Sims 3 site via launcher? I've hurt my ankle jumping through all the hoops trying to find the issue. I have cleared caches, resets, etc. I can login to both origin and EA and the sims 3 site but NOT through the launcher. Please help!

Troubleshoot

Make sure the CAPS Lock is off.
