Close MO. Navigate to the Mod Organizer webcache folder and clear it out. Then open Mod Organizer. Click the blue globe. Navigate to settings. Input your username and password. Then in your web browser navigate to Nexus. Download a mod with the "Download with manager" button. It should log you in in MO at this point.
