Got accepted into beta a few weeks ago and having sign in issue. Chat support is useless and keeps on "escalating" with no resolve. Try to login and just get You'll need to reactivate your DIRECTV NOW subscription in order to access the DIRECTV app and DIRECTV NOW service.

Now when I try to login to the beta app it says my account has been locked and to call a number or wait. I am a former att customer for uverse and cellular, so I also have an att.net account. When I try using that account it says this looks like a uverse account, and it won’t login. I have tried chat support five times and gotten nowhere.
